Please join us on Tuesday, June 22nd at noon when we bring together a panel of practitioners to discuss the use of newly-available ESG credit impact scoring from Moody’s in their work. Our practitioners have taken a deep dive into the first of a series of Moody’s reports incorporating their cross-sector methodology of assessing the potential credit impact of ESG issues.

After an overview by Swami Venkataraman, CFA, Senior Vice President, Moody’s Investors Service, our three practitioners will have an open conversation about their experience with the new reports, and the potential for integration into their work. They will also have the opportunity to pose questions and share feedback with Moody’s.

Our CFA Boston practitioner panelists Kent Siefers of Impax Asset Management, Andrew Teras of Breckinridge Capital Advisors and Mark Duffy of Invesco, will:

  • Examine how the scores enhance integration of ESG considerations into credit ratings
  • Walk through industry case studies – the initial reports cover a diverse range of sectors, including municipal credit, utilities, mining, pharmaceuticals and medical devices
  • Discuss varying approaches to ESG integration in investment management
  • Discuss data limitations and its implications for ESG analysis

Register here for this no-cost webinar on Tuesday, June 22nd at 12:00 pm. CFA Boston members should register through the CFA Boston website.
